Exciting Update: Flexible Bonus Luck Reward Days Just Got Even Better!
After a full cycle of testing, we’re making a powerful adjustment to our Bonus Reward Days—one that ensures more fairness, broader impact, and even greater rewards across the board!
What’s Changing?
Previously, rewards were multiplied by 10x within their respective eligibility categories only. Now, we’re enhancing the system by making the category serve only as an eligibility criterion while applying a 5x reward multiplier across all of the user's active remote miners!
This means your participation in any eligible category will not boost rewards in that segment anymore. It’ll extend your luck to all your active remote miners, amplifying returns in a much bigger way. It will mean that your active and current running remote miners will all get 5x rewards on that day, but of course, if you have no remote miners or they are expired, it will have no effect.
How the New Flexible Bonus Luck Reward Days Work
✅ Eligibility Stays the Same – Bonus Reward Days will still operate through one of three qualifying criteria:
- ART Day: Rewards for issuing a minimum of 0.001 ART
- GreenBTC Day: Rewards for playing GreenBTC with a minimum of 50 kWh (excluding subsidies*)
- PGP Offset Day: Rewards for offsetting a minimum of 0.1 kWh on PGP Smart Plugs
🗓️ Timing & Frequency Remain Consistent – Rewards are earned only on the specific day the criteria are met. These special days will continue to appear at least twice a month, with surprise drops keeping things exciting!
🎉 Bigger Rewards Across All Remote Miners – Instead of rewards being limited to the specific category, you’ll now earn a 5x multiplier on ALL of your active remote miners daily reward on that specific day, ensuring a much bigger boost in your total earnings, while there is no more boost on the prior categories.
Playing GreenBTC with 50kWh can result in lower usage of kWh on balance, if you play on a promoted node that covers some of the cost. If you play on a node where the node owner supports 20% each time you do a 10kWh climate action, you only end up covering 8kWh of the cost. So you would do 7 climate actions at 10kWh each to end with 56 kWh spent and meet the rewards requirement. The easiest way for you to check is going by the daily rank which shows how much kWh you spent on today's climate actions, and the number 50 kWh and above will qualify for a potential Bonus Luck Reward Day.
