We hope this message finds you well and we are writing to inform you about an upcoming change regarding the Daily Mission Claim System for Credits Bonus on Threshold Actions.

Of course purchasing kWh and greening with kWh will still reward in credits!

Key Update: The system will be officially sunset on 17 March 2025. This decision was made after identifying a factor of unreliability in the claim process, which has impacted the accuracy of user claims being properly recorded.

What Happens Next?

After the system is closed, all historic actions will undergo a thorough review.

Retroactive credits will be granted to users who:


-Failed to claim their bonuses.
-Experienced issues with their claims not being properly recorded.


This ensures that no user is disadvantaged due to the system’s past unreliability.
